Join Green Dinosaur and our collaborators on the multi-year journey to construct the first Zero Net Energy (ZNE) multi-family, affordable housing project in south Los Angeles, California. This amazing building of forty-nine apartment homes for veterans is completing its journey to become Living Building Challenge Petal Certified, LEED for Homes Platinum Certified, and Energy Star New Homes Certified. Certain to become a benchmark for high performance affordable housing, this project demonstrates how exceptionally high performance, high quality homes can be achieved on budget and schedule through thoughtful design and with attention to detail.
